The first print run sold out in a matter of weeks, they're now back ordered and waiting on 2nd printings. I can't find any first printings online other than those that have been signed: 1st/1st $215-$275 (signed).
First prints are rare. Later printings of the first edition are selling online for $100 (unsigned); $350 (signed). I found one signed 1st/1st selling on Abebooks.com for $1750.
Only 1,000 first prints. A number of first print/first edition copies are available online through BN.com, Abebooks.com, and Amazon.com. 1st/1st sell from $80-$140 (unsigned); $95-$175 (signed).
